Just a note to comment about the excellent performance of the Festal Evensong and the musical events forming the Trinity Festival

A very rare delight to be able to experience this in one of the handful of parish churches which are fortunate enough to possess the resources necessary to produce such a form of spiritual enrichment to our normal, mundane, materialistic lives.

Thoughtful, meaningful, unhurried liturgy............ a rarity indeed these days it must be said.

Was not able to attend all the lunchtime events but those which we did were of the highest quality in both content and performance. A pity more people were not able to attend in order to enjoy the musical feasts laid on.

Some very young performers whose musical skill is prodigious.

Appreciation to all concerned for making it work and we look forward to next years festival.

As a passing final thought I feel that a lot of people unfortunately do not fully realise or appreciate how much talent there is out there and how much work is involved in bringing it to our attention.
